Following a number of problems last year we made a decision not to supply consumer grade broadband to business customers. It just isn't robust enough and causes problems for end users, and therefore ourselves too.

We now only offer business grade broadband with low contention ratios. Whilst this gives end users a great service and minimizes problems all round it is also more expensive and therefore many small businesses prefer to go with cheaper options.

Now we have a new product which offers the best in terms of service whilst also catering for smaller users. This is business broadband on a pay as you go basis.

There is still a monthly fee, which is greatly reduced and includes the first 3GB of data. This could well be enough for light users, although every extra GB of data usage will only attract a small extra charge.

This will bring business broadband into the reach of smaller businesses, allowing them to get better speeds and service whilst not costing the earth.
