When your current business mobile contract is nearing its end date there is the opportunity to conduct a full review of your communications and to potentially reduce costs quite considerably. There is no limit to the savings your business could make by obtaining the right tariff for your usage.

You could be coming to the end of a 24 month contract, over the course of which your usage may have changed considerably, with more users and different patterns of working. Business mobile tariffs will also have changed during this time as will call rates and data charges/packages.

1. Large users, their average monthly minutes came to 8700. Many of these were cross network and were being charged accordingly.

   By transferring them to O2 on a 10,000 minute inclusive package, cross network shared across all phones, we made a saving of £637 per month. A whopping £7644 per annum reduction in mobile phone bills.

2. Having 61 mobile phones, their average monthly minutes came to 4400.

   By transferring them from Vodafone to Orange on a 5,000 minute inclusive package, cross network shared across all phones, we made a saving of £241.86 per month. This included ALL users receiving brand new handsets and free insurance.

3. Company with 21 mobile phone handsets and 17 mobile data devices (for mobile broadband). Paying a total of £1,336 per month under their existing contract. We analyzed their current usage and, taking everything into account, our quotation amounted to £768 per month. A saving of £568 per month, a total annual saving of £6,816.

   • Free calls to all users in group
   • Free calls to all 01, 02, 03 landlines
   • 4,000 inclusive minutes shared across all phones (minutes in call plan only used to call other mobiles outside the group)
   • 50 texts per month per handset
   • BlackBerry Bis
   • 2,500 mb data allowance
   • Cashback/Kit allowance of £3,500 to be used on any hardware (eg. new handsets) or as cash back
   • Yearly upgrades or kit allowance
